    BREAKFAST + BRUNCH

    Whether you're looking for breakfast for yourself, your family or for brunch for a larger gathering, there are lots of options to consider here.

    Options

    Starting with simple options for one or two people, make a healthy smoothie, like this Spinach Smoothie with Strawberries or my personal favorite, Orange Mango Smoothie with Lime and Ginger.

    Or make some scones. This recipe for Strawberry Scones can be adjusted for any berry you prefer. Or make a loaf of Blueberry Sconebread! It's amazing.

    My favorite muffins are these Healthy Apple Cheddar Muffins but you might also like this Healthy Caramelized Banana Bread instead.

    And of course there are lots of egg dishes for larger gatherings, from scrambles to quiches and shirred eggs, and a few pancakes to choose from too.

    Whatever your occasion, or no occasion at all, I hope you find something to make you and your family happy.
