    Peaches & Nectarines

    Peaches are synonymous with summer. They're wonderful eaten sliced up and added to yogurt, your next salad, or added to drop biscuits. Cobblers, pies, and peach ice cream are solid winners too. And the peach cake shown below is one of my most popular recipes on this blog.

    This category also includes nectarines since peaches and nectarines are identical to each other except for the fact that nectarines have a smooth skin instead of one that's fuzzy.
