Last- minutes side dishes for Thanksgiving.
We have enough to do on Thanksgiving without spending a lot of time on extra dishes. Am I right? That's where these 6 last-minute side dishes come in.
I chose them because either the prep was 15 minutes or less, and / or at least a major part of the recipe could be done ahead. As in the previous day.
And they're all big on flavor.
As a note, the Maple Candied Carrots with Currants were on Food Network a few years ago (yay!!!), and my Boozy Cranberry Sauce with Pears and Raisins was in Parade Magazine.
