    Pumpkin

    Pumpkin comes into season in September and is available through November. It's super healthy and is easy to add to your diet whether in soups, chile, quick breads, scones. 

    This section of the blog includes recipes that use pumpkin or pumpkin seeds as a main ingredient, from soup, muffins, cookies, and spiced pumpkin seeds for snacking. Pumpkin seeds are a great source of protein!
