    Brussels Sprouts

    Brussels sprouts are synonymous with autumn, and this collection of recipes shows several ways they can be prepared.

    Pan fry or air fry for Brussels sprouts that are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. They make a great appetizer with a dipping sauce or a side dish.

    Peel off the leaves and do a quick microwave action for a warm salad and serve with a maple dressing.

    Or use the oven to roast the leaves and generously season with nutritional yeast or roast them in a casserole, including a gratin.
