Restaurant Style Salsa
Adapted from Confessions of a Cooking Diva, who adapted it from The Pioneer Woman blog. Recipe makes about 3 cups of salsa.

- 1 14.5 ounce can whole tomatoes with juice
- 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chiles
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 whole Serrano pepper stemmed, seeded, and coarsely chopped
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ cup coarsely chopped cilantro
- 1 ½ tablespoon lime juice
Combine all of the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a blade, or a blender. Pulse until you have the consistency you want.
Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks, and serve with chips.
