  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon warm water
  • 2 large garlic cloves, smashed and minced
  • 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • teaspoon kosher salt, to taste
  • teaspoon ground black pepper, to taste
