Strawberry Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 large strawberries hulled and chopped (about 1 ¾ cups when chopped)
  • ½ cup sweet onion finely chopped (Vidalia onions are perfect here!)
  • 2 ½ tablespoons fresh mint thinly sliced
  • 1 ½ tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons agave nectar
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons chocolate nibs optional
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped dried ancho chili optional

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and chill for 30 minutes.
