Roasted Tomato Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups freshly cooked garbanzo beans or canned, if you must
  • 3 tablespoons Tahini Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Hungarian paprika I used dulce - sweet Hungarian paprika
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons Balsamic Roasted Tomatoes

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients EXCEPT the water into the bowl of a food processor fitted with a blade. Process until it becomes a fairly smooth paste, about 20 seconds. Gradually add the water until completely smooth, about one minute.
  • Scrape hummus into a bowl and stir in the Balsamic Roasted Tomatoes.
