Frozen Mudslide
These Frozen Mudslide cocktails are easy to make with a couple scoops of ice cream and equal parts of Kahlua, Bailey's, and vodka. And it's a two-fer since it can be either a cocktail or boozy dessert. Serve affogato style or as an adult milkshake.

Affogato Style
- 8 scoops vanilla and chocolate ice cream depending on the size of your glasses
- 2 ounces Kahlua
- 2 ounces Bailey's
- 2 ounces vodka
- Whipped cream optional
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
- 4 small mint sprigs for garnish
Milkshake Style
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup optional
Affogato Style
Partially melt the ice cream in the microwave oven for 15 seconds on high, or on the countertop for 20 minutes. Divide between 4 glasses.
Mix together the Kahlua, Bailey's and vodka, and pour over the ice cream. Gently stir.
Add a little whipped cream, if desired, and garnish with chocolate shavings and mint.
Milkshake Style
Pile the ice cubes, ice cream, Kahlua, Bailey's and vodka into a blender. Whirl like crazy until smooth.
Squirt a little chocolate syrup around the inside of the glasses, and pour in the milkshake. Add whipped cream, if desired, and garnish with chocolate shavings.
