- 4 large bunches of CHARD (either green or rainbow is fine)
- 1 pint CHERRY TOMATOES (you only need ½ cup)
- 3 GARLIC cloves
- 1 small ONION
Beans / Grains
- 1 box of dried QUINOA or 1 small bag of frozen cooked QUINOA (you only need ¾ cup when cooked)
Dairy / Eggs
- 4 ounces RICOTTA CHEESE
- 4 ounces SWISS CHEESE
- PARMESAN CHEESE (this is only for a finishing flourish)
- LOW-FAT MILK (you need ¼ cup)
- EGGS (you need 2)
- UNSALTED BUTTER
Dried Herbs / Spices
- NUTMEG
- GROUND BLACK PEPPER
Miscellaneous
- BREADCRUMBS (you need ¾ cup)
- PINE NUTS (you need 2 Tbsp)
