    Produce

    • 1 CAULIFLOWER head
    • 3 LIMES
    • 4 GARLIC cloves
    • 1 ROMA TOMATO (or 1 small jar of PICO de GALLO)
    • 1 AVOCADO (tacos topping)
    • 1 bag Shredded CABBAGE (tacos topping)
    • 1 bunch CILANTRO (tacos topping)

    Beans / Grains

    • 1 ½ cups or 1 (14oz) can Cooked BLACK BEANS (optional)

    Dairy / Eggs

    • 4 ounces PLAIN YOGURT or SOUR CREAM

    Spices

    • CHILI POWDER
    • SMOKED PAPRIKA
    • CUMIN
    • ONION POWDER
    • GARLIC POWDER
    • CAYENNE POWDER
    • KOSHER SALT
    • GROUND BLACK PEPPER

    Miscellaneous

    • TORTILLAS
    • EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

    • Instant Pot, Slow Cooker or Heavy Bottomed Pot (if cooking the beans from dried)
    • Baking sheet
